We are the makers fo River Valley Pepper Sauce. We have been making our sauce for 10 years. Our sauce is made from
only fresh peppers. Our sauce is 65% peppers and only 30% vinegar. Most sauces list vinegar as their first ingredient, but
it is our fourth.
